3/25/23 Snow Storm

Good Morning and Happy Saturday!

This storm brought a lot more moisture than we originally expected, however, it looks as though the snow removal needed across northern Colorado is very minimal.  Between midnight and 2:30 AM, there was about 4 inches on average of accumulation across Northern Colorado. However, when the snow died off, as predicted, the snow began to melt and is continuing to melt throughout the early morning. Our crews were deployed at 3 AM this morning and will be wrapping up shortly after sending this. The only area that we will be removing snow for this storm is in Windsor for 1” trigger depths due to their strict code enforcement.   We understand that there are homes that have drifts that are potentially higher than the trigger depth. Due to the temperatures today, and the melting that has already occurred, we are more than confident that the snow will be melted well within the 24 hour mandate by the towns and cities.  We understand snow removal is an expensive endeavor and we strive to work with our associations so we can be good stewards of the HOA’s resources. Luckily, it looks like Mother Nature is going to take care of this snow removal for free.
