Black Friday Snow Storm Updates

Updated 3:44pm 11/24/2023

Good Afternoon!

Here is the latest update regarding snow removal for this snow storm. We did not get as much as we expected, but we are seeing about 1.5 – 2 inches across the area. North facing driveways could have up to 5 inches on them while southern facing driveways could be half melted.  We have been in communication with property managers and board members to coordinate the removal efforts today.   The following associations will see snow removal commencing yet today.

Happy Black Friday!

We hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving with friends and family. As of right 4:15 AM this morning, we are seeing about 0.5 to 0.75 inches of snow accumulation across Northern Colorado. Snow is expected to fall throughout the day with a projected 1.5″ of additional accumulation. Our protocol for HOA’s is to wait until the snow has stopped before starting the removal process. As of now, we are not deploying snow removal crews to any HOA with a trigger depth of more than 1 inch. We will continue to monitor the storm throughout the day and provide updates here as our plans evolve with the storm. All commercial properties and businesses who have a trigger depth of less than 1 inch will be cleared prior to open of business.

Stay Warm Today!
