Happy Saturday, Everyone!

I hope this message finds you all enjoying the early hours of your weekend. Like many of you, we were greeted by a surprise blanket of snow this morning, despite last night’s clear forecast. Just when we thought our snow removal efforts were complete around midnight, Colorado decided to surprise us with an additional 3-4 inches of snowfall across the region.

Our diligent snow removal supervisors are currently on the roads, keeping a close eye on the storm’s progress and providing us with real-time updates. The latest forecasts indicate that the snowfall should cease around dusk, though some predictions suggest it might end a bit earlier. However, in light of today’s unexpected turn, we’re planning to commence our snow removal operations only after we’re confident the snow has stopped. This cautious approach is to ensure a single, thorough clearing, ultimately saving resources for your associations.

As it stands, we are preparing to initiate snow removal for all HOAs with a trigger depth of 4 inches or lower.
