Happy New Year!

As of 3:30 AM, we are currently seeing about 1 inch of snow across Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Johnstown, and Greeley. While the original forecast predicted up to 4 inches of snow, current accumulation is lighter than expected. Snowfall is projected to continue until around 9 AM.

For properties with a 2-inch trigger depth, we are holding off on mobilization at this time to monitor conditions closely. We want to ensure that the snow does not unexpectedly intensify or turn back around later in the morning. Our priority is to provide effective service while minimizing unnecessary disruption.

In the meantime, our crews are actively servicing businesses and associations with a 1-inch trigger depth to ensure those properties are taken care of.

We will continue to assess the situation and provide updates as needed. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Best regards,
Joe Potkanowicz
