Good Morning!
As of 8:00 AM, we have deployed all of our snow removal crews to begin clearing snow on all HOA properties. Our teams are prepared and ready to ensure safe and accessible conditions for your communities.
It appears the snow is now moving out of our area, and we do not anticipate any additional measurable snowfall later in the day. Crews have been instructed to begin snow removal operations at 9:00 AM and will be working diligently throughout the day to complete the necessary work.
We appreciate your patience as our crews work through all properties to address the snow accumulation. If you have any questions or specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,

We wanted to provide an update on the current snowstorm and our maintenance plans based on the latest conditions and forecasts. As of this morning, snowfall totals across the area include:
- Fort Collins: 3 inches
- Loveland: 3-5 inches
- Windsor: 3 inches
- Greeley: 2 inches
- Johnstown: 5-6 inches
Current Weather and Forecast
The snow is expected to taper off around 9:00–10:00 AM, with lingering snow showers possible later this afternoon and evening. In addition, extremely cold temperatures are forecasted between now and Tuesday, with “feels like” temperatures below zero most nights. This bitterly cold weather increases the potential for icy conditions.
Our Response and Plans
- Snow Removal Efforts:
Crews have been deployed to high-traffic areas and businesses to ensure accessibility and safety for the morning. For HOA properties that have reached trigger depth, we will continue clearing snow throughout the morning. If your HOA prefers to wait until all snowfall is complete later this evening, please contact us to adjust the schedule. At this time, we are planning on removing snow on all HOA’s that have a 3″ or less trigger depth. (Most HOA’s) - Ice Mitigation:
Due to the ongoing extreme cold, we will be applying Ice Melt and Ice Slicer to all properties that requested it to address potential ice buildup and reduce liability risks. These measures will help ensure safe conditions for pedestrians and vehicles.
Ongoing Monitoring
We are closely monitoring the weather and will adjust our plans as conditions evolve. Any updates or changes will be communicated promptly to keep you informed.
If you have any specific requests or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you for trusting us to handle your snow removal and ice mitigation needs during this challenging weather.
Stay warm and safe!
Best regards,
Joe Potkanowicz
