2/12/25 Snow Removal

We wanted to provide an update on the snowfall and our snow removal plans for today. While we were initially projected to receive 3 to 4 inches of snow across the Front Range, actual accumulations have been significantly lower. Here are the depths we are seeing:

  • Fort Collins – 1.25 inches
  • Windsor – 1 inch
  • Greeley – 1.5 inches
  • Loveland – 1 inch

Light snow will continue to linger for the next hour or two. We are actively monitoring conditions and have deployed our crews to properties that have reached their trigger depth for service, including:

Ptarmigan Master
La Riva Holdings
Rigden Farms Master
Rigden Farms Residential
Ptarmigan Clubhouse
Country Farms Village
Windsor Highlands Metro District
Vernazza at La Riva
Flats at Rigden Farms
Shores at The Lakes at Centerra
Intel Fort Collins
Redeemer Lutheran Church
Cinemark
Casa Grande
North Shore Flats at The Lakes at Centerra
Buc-ee’s
Mattison Holdings

Additionally, please be aware that we are experiencing extremely cold temperatures. The wind chill is currently -9°F, and the high for today is only expected to reach 12°F. Our teams will be working efficiently while prioritizing safety in these conditions.

We will continue to provide updates as needed. If you have any questions or specific concerns, please feel free to reach out via email or through the live chat on our website.

Thank you,
Joe Potkanowicz
