Good Morning and Happy Saturday,
We want to provide you with an update regarding the ongoing snowstorm and our snow removal plans. Snow began accumulating around 11 PM last night, and so far, we are seeing about 0.5 to 1 inch of accumulation across the Front Range.
Weather Update
According to the forecast, snow is expected to continue throughout the day, with an additional 2 inches of accumulation possible by the end of Saturday. Temperatures will remain very cold, and light snow showers are projected to linger into the evening hours.
Our Snow Removal Plans
- Business Properties:
We have deployed our crews early this morning to focus on clearing snow from business properties before the start of the business day. - Preemptive Ice Mitigation:
To address the ongoing snowfall and ensure safety, we will be applying ice melt throughout the morning as needed to minimize hazards on walkways and roads. - HOA Communities:
Once the snow has completely stopped falling later today, we will shift our focus to clearing snow from HOA properties. This ensures thorough and effective removal without requiring multiple passes during ongoing snowfall.
Ongoing Communication
We will continue to monitor the weather and adjust our plans as necessary. You will receive updates from us throughout the day as conditions evolve.
If you have any questions or specific concerns, please feel free to reach out to us via email or through the live chat feature on our website.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to ensure safe and accessible conditions for all properties.
