Townhomes at Timber Creek
I live in the Townhomes at Timber Creek in Fort Collins. There is a sprinkler head in front of the D building (specifically in front of unit D-3’s front window) that is not working properly. The problem is the metal guard (in front of the window well and keeping the rocks back) behind the sprinkler is obstructing the sprinkler from working properly. The sprinkler does not appear to fully extend and therefore is just spraying down on the grass and not over it. This seems to be creating a muddy area in front and also could be contributing to the erosion of the downslope area. Can you push the metal guard back to allow the sprinkler to work properly?
