I have 2 drip lines. One on south side of house, one on north side. Run days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Neither run last Thursday or Saturday. Please turn both back on. |

Hi Jim, Thank you for the update. We are working diligently to address all outstanding support tickets in the order they were received. Please be assured that we are not simply turning off your drip zone, there is an underlying issue with the zone itself. I will send a tech as soon as possible to investigate and resolve this.
