This is repeat of my reply I just sent. The technician closed the work order. I have submitted two prior tickets and both times the sprinkler heads I marked were not repaired I have flagged two head in the backyard of my home on the north side. One is a rotary head not working. The other is a head pointed downward. Please give this some priority. My original ticket was over 3 weeks ago and I have had two failed repair visits.
