Walk and repair system. 360 rotor in front yard needs to be lifted. |

This is now the second time your repair technician has visited the home and did not repair the sprinkler heads. I have marked two flags in the backyard on the north side of 6467 Half Moon Bay Drive, Windsor. One head is a 360 rotary head that does not rotate. The other head is pointed downward limiting its reach to the proper distance. Could you please dispatch someone soon. My original ticket was submitted about 3 weeks ago. Please refer to my two earlier tickets for more detail.
