Hi Chris,

We have two water issues affecting my unit. One, the aprinklers are spaying
into the window well. The water is entering into the unit from the cracks
caused by that large August rain a few years back. We need this adjusted
immediately to prevent further water intrusion. Two, all three downspouts
keep falling off. My tenant, Courtnay (cc’d) has been reattaching them but
they probably get knocked off by any significant rain. These need to be
attached better. The downspouts were added after the August deluge to
prevent damage that my and other units sustained from the pressure of the
water at the foundation. If they fall off this easy it is defeating the
purpose.

Please let us know when these issues can be remedied. If I need to open a
ticket, please give me a link.
