Olivia FYI, The water has been on dailly on the greenbelt adjacent to my home and its made the place into a marsh. Its too much and running down the sidewalk. A locust tree at the base of the greenbelt is going to be killed by over watering if its not stopped.
The new tree that was planted is dead and needs to be replaced. It was never healthy from the start. There was a cherry tree in that location that died, can it be replaced with a cherry this time?

The board will not allow any more planting on HOA property. You do need to get ARC approval for your xeriscape plans.

Great. I saw it. It looks good. A couple questions:
Can you ask if the board considered my tree donation proposal and if they approved it? Not sure of the status of that.
Also, were considering xeriscaping our front yard. Do we have to put in a plan for that?
Thanks!

Keith,
Precision is removing this tree today and will install a Cleveland Pear in its place. Just FYI.
