Hi Jennifer and Joe,
The attached pictures show four new shrubs in front of 5738 Crestwood as
agreed. They don’t look to healthy, probably due in part to the hot
summer.
Joe, you may want to have the drip system checked out. I’m assuming that
these shrubs have the standard warranty and will be replaced again if they
die. I beleive these would have been the standard 10 gallon sized plants
that are the standard for replacement. Can you confirm this and the
warranty issue.
After we hear from Joe you can let the owner know that if the plants do not
survive they will be replaced either this fall or next spring.
Alan and I will take a look at the sidewalk issue to see if his claim has
any merit.
