Emerald Glen owner reports: 

Perhaps the maintenance company is aware of this problem but it doesn’t appear anything has been done to find the cause. It’s been like this for several weeks at least. It’s just east of the heart. It’s pretty much a swamp in the turf there and then overflows the sidewalk and runs down the gutter. It certainly appears that there’s a break or missing head in that area and may explain a very dry area just west of the heart on the other side of the sidewalk there as well.  Gary Alsum.
