I sent Blakelee an email and left vms but never heard back so you may or
may not know about this already.

Just a couple things, the shrubbery in front and back are very over grown
and need trimmed. I heard there may be a switch in vendor that does
landscaping and this may already be planned or addressed.

Specific to our unit 4292 Ardglass, the sprinkler in the corner closest to
our garage has been broken since they blew them out in spring. It was
flagged for what I’m assuming was repair but never fixed. It blows
everywhere, soaking our vehicles, garage door etc. I have noticed the trim
on our garage door at the bottom where it is getting soaked daily has
started to separate so this is something I’d like to get fixed soon.
