Message:
I am new to the Vernazza neighborhood this year and have questions/concerns about issues that I see concerning Precision Landscaping and who do I contact with these concerns? One concern is that we have new trees that are staked to help keep the tree growing straight while they are newly planted. The mower operators have hit these posts to the point that they are way lose and do nothing to help hold the tree in place. Over a month ago they spilled gas on the front turf between units 6235 and 6239 and killed a rather large area of the grass. Last Friday they finally came and dug out the dead grass and yesterday they sent to kids over to sod the area. The sod they put in looks like dead sod that they dug out of somewhere else and the sodding job is terrible. They did not even sod the whole area and left the edges of the sod exposed. Not to mention that there will be a low spot because they did not fill the area up to the current height of the existing ground.
