Update…grass and landscape in state of recovery. Several grass sections are turning green. New controller, valves, sprinklers, wiring connections, etc. Some loose ends to resolve moving forward, but crux of the work needed to get water on all areas is completed. Programs are set to run every day until moisture deficit is fully resolved. See billing forms for specific items and multiple images. Closing ticket with caveat for several relatively minor follow-up issues. One zone has slight sticking on control valve…two heads are leaking enough to spill over, but insignificant amount for concern until next week. Replaced internal parts and bonnet of valve, and checked for obstruction…nothing blocking new diaphragm from closing. Likely a warped valve body…will cut out and install entire assembly next week. – Mark
