Dear Mr.Potkanowicz,
Thank you for your informative letter.
We travel quite a bit during the year and only hear about lawn issues through news letters. We heard about problems with lawn application and some sort of disease to the lawns. We assumed your company would address issues with our lawn since the maintenance is weekly.
Upon recently returning home we found our adjoining lawn, to the west of us, was in a severely compromised state. Several areas of the lawn are dead, not dormant.
Upon speaking to our neighbor about the lawn issues I contacted our HOA requesting new turf as we heard others were given new turf.
In response we received your letter.
Walking around the neighborhood and Crooked Stick, I noticed that in comparison, our lawn was in bad shape. We would like our lawn to have the same aesthetics as the lawns on Crooked Stick.
Earlier on in the season I contacted the HOA management company and requested someone check my sprinklers because last year several of my plants were dead/ dying. We found it took 3 minutes to get water to the drip system and then only watered for 3 minutes. That is why they were dying. I assumed the sprinklers were checked. After being home a week it appears the sprinklers, in the affected area, are not working properly, the lawn has a disease or the lawn application earlier this year did damage.
Since you were kind enough to contact us directly I am asking you to please assess our situation and come up with a plan to make our lawn be up to the standard of the community.
