Jennifer,

Will you also please inquire with Precision on hitting one of our
lampposts? I suppose it could be a random act of vandalism, but that seems
unlikely. I did not see anything directly, but when I walked my dog before
precision serviced the property, the lamppost was straight. When I just
walked the dog again, after their service, it was leaning.

Jennifer – Now that things are drying out, all the previous dry spots are
coming back. Obviously no one is on top of things. As I mentioned last
e-mail, there is a sprinkler in front of the 408 mailboxes that is not
operating. I tried for two years to get ZG to fix it, looks like nothing
has changed. The grass in front of 408A along Avondale is looking bad again
also. This all needs immediate attention. I will be watching. Joel –
