Hello Joe or the new sprinkler expert,

The timed sprinkler system at the Ptarmigan Cottages fro 5840 Crestwood Drive to 5860 Crestwood Drive does not seem to be coming on at all.  

Could you please have a technician check this area out?

Controller near addresses located, checked for issues. Faceplate determined to be faulty…as per consultation with other techs familiar with controller type. Picked up a new one at DBC (called in by tech Koch). Attached new Faceplate…programmed same runtimes as prior plate. Tech Koch requested days to run at 6 per week.
..tentatively…to make up for deficit and facilitate new sod areas. He also asked to change controller at bottom of hill to ne 6 days per week. Checked each zone on new controller. All zones opening as normal. Dug up and replaced broken sprayhead behind controller on edge of golf course. – Mark
