Hi Danielle,
Hope you’re having a good day. As I won’t be at the July board meeting, I
thought I’d send you an email.
I don’t believe the sprinklers are working properly in the area south of my
unit. The grass is starting to yellow & looks very dry — very similar to
the situation we had across the street last year. The grass is also looking
dry in the area in front of my unit. I wanted to bring this to your
attention so this could be addressed sooner as opposed to later when the
grass is seriously damaged.
I’ve not noticed / heard the sprinklers working in these areas this year.
The sprinklers are still running mid-day by the clubhouse though.
