Subject: Vernazza sod replacement

Hello Blakelee, my name is Bill Newman and my address is 6237 Vernazza Way Unit 4, Windsor. My townhouse is located on the southeast section of the Vernazza Way townhouses, bordering on Highlands Pkwy. I would like to mention that there is a large long strip of dead sod along the sidewalk by Highlands Pkwy. I know that this section was not watered last summer and it is now clear that it needs replacing. I think you will agree that this is not an asset for LandMark, which is trying to sell the remaining townhouses in the development.
