Good day!

We live at 8053 Southern Hills Dr in Windsor. We are part of Patio Homes II.

Last summer my bushes/ plants, out front, were dying. A young gentleman,
from Precision, came out and did a test of our drip water system. He found
out it took 3 minutes to get any water to come out of the drip head. Then
the water came out, very minimal, for 3 minutes then shut off. No wonder my
plants/ bushes were dying. Could you please ask Precision to do a complete
check of my drip system and make appropriate changes( chg. water heads to
higher flow, increase watering time etc) to ensure my plants/ bushes don’t
continue to die.
