Subject: Fwd: Sprinkler Mainline Valve
To: Rane Dennis
Good afternoon,
The homeowner from the email below at 1694 Platte River Drive reports some
sort of leak outside his irrigation system that he has not activated yet.
Can you guys send someone out to check on the main line out there?
Sincerely,
Riley Norlin

Subject: Sprinkler Mainline Valve
To: Riley Norlin
Hey Riley,
This is Toby Osborn, board member for Poudre Heights, wanted to make you
aware of possible break. When I went to turn on my mainline valve in my
yard in order to activate sprinklers, the yard was super wet, and my valve
box was full of water. The valve was not opened yet, so it has nothing to
do with my sprinkler system. So my guess is the mainline valve in my yard
is either leaking or broken, or something in the line under the valve. What
are the next steps we should take for this? Now that the valve is open, I
could keep an eye on it, but I’m betting it will need fixed beginning of
season or end of season. I believe this should be taken care of by the HOA
being it’s a valve in the mainline. Let me know what you think.
Thanks,
Toby
