Below are photos from 8232 Spinnaker and some of the work they’ve done
where they encroached on HOA property. The homeowner may have reached out
to you on this, but in case they haven’t, when the irrigation is on over in
woods, could you please move the sprinklers accordingly and resod the
exposed areas?

Our demo guy completed the removal of the fence and flagstone yesterday,
that was encroaching on HOA property. It should be ready for the
landscapers to adjust the sprinkler heads and lay the sod. There are a
couple of spots where the large posts were that will need some extra dirt.
I am assuming that the landscapers will do that as they move the sprinkler
heads. Let me know if you have any further questions and how we proceed to
get this cleared up on your end. I have enclosed pictures that our demo guy
sent to me.
