email from homeowner: I would like to voice a concern about the reckless snow removal that we’ve seen in the past with neighbor yards having rocks dumped on the grass, sidewalks damaged etc. With this last snow, we had our turn with our new curbing broken, a large rock moved…clearly hit hard, and rock dumped on a new shrub. I honestly think the problem is just the wrong equipment being used, but if that isn’t going to change, then the operators need to slow down and be more careful or responsible for the damage they can cause. |
