Hi Blakelee.
Attached please find a video and some photographs regarding damages the
mowers consistently cause between my unit 4368 Grand Park and my neighbor’s
unit on the fencing and in the back they are slowly but surely destroying
the oak tree.
They consistently remove the large stake on one side and then whack the
base of the trunk of the tree with the large riding mower. There are now
two large gashes.
I’m not sure what should be done to make sure the tree does not become
diseased or die.
In each case, they are using equipment that is too large for the space and
need to use smaller mowers and trimmers.
