I am writing regarding the front yard of my condominium at 2215 Owens Ave.
Unit 101. Most important is a Iimbs extending from with the tree. It
spreads across the entire entrance sidewalk. Additionally the branches are
so low that they scrape the heads of any adult. We use this condo as a
rental. I am concerned about these limbs could become heavy and burdensome
during the winter months. With any amount of snow on it there is a
possibility of harm to individuals. Therefore I would like it trimmed back
as soon as possible
Additionally the lawn is in poor condition, showing more dirt than grass. I
believe this also needs to attention in order to make my residence im
keeping with the Timbers strong value set, and for myself as an owner
I appreciate your rapid attention to these concerns
