Hi Joe, I thought the irrigation line had been buried here? Can you have
these issues checked? Thanks. I’m out of town right now so can’t go look.
Regards,
Andrea

Dear Andrea,
I don”t believe the irrigation crew have been to our home as yet– I
would like to advise you that there are several other issues that
need to be checked.
l. The previous problem on the east side of our back yard.– Water hose is
exposed and no water is reaching the area close to the house–
both the planted area and the low evergreens. The evergreens were
previously treated by us for Vols, but are still turning brown.
Also, on the West side of the porch, the middle row of plants are dying– I
do not believe they are being irrigated either. The plants on tihis
west side closest to the grass must be getting water from the yard
sprinklers, as they seem healthier. I know this is hard on the employees ,
but probably less expensive than replacing them.
Thanks, again for your assistance.

Hi Mary Ann,
I’ll reach out to Tom, our property manager and Precision our landscaper to
see if this can be done.
Just for clarification, I don’t believe the irrigation hose came to the
surface due to precision working in your yard this year, correct? I only
see that they added a lavender plant where a dead spirea was removed on the
East side of the house.
Thanks,

To whom it may concern…
While Precision is doing the “Mid Year Clean Up” can they bury the
irrigation pipe that has come out of the ground (about ten feet) just east
of the rear stairs…I am not sure that it is working, as the bedding plants
are beginning to turn brown in that area.
