Hello Rane!
Please see below from a resident at The Timbers:
“Just a couple of things, I have talked to a board member several times
about sprinklers not working and the grass dying, they were working till
the company started working on ones not working and then ours stopped
working in the rear of 2433 Owens, also they have dug up the sprinklers in
the 2300 block of Zephyr and left big holes all over and nothing has been
fixed and if someone stepped in one of the holes they could break
something??
Not sure why nothing is being done to fix these problems???”
