Good afternoon, 

An owner from the Cottages reported that the sprinklers on her property needed to be adjusted back on July 18th. You sent an irrigation tech to inspect the property, and the findings showed that the water pressure read normal and that the owner likely reported this issue during one of the days when the pumps were turned off. 

Since then, she has stated that the lawn is not getting watered properly. She also reported last Thursday that the metal edging that was recently installed is too close to a sprinkler head, preventing the sprinkler head from popping up properly. 

Can you please send someone out to reinspect the property and take a look at this specific sprinkler head? (please see the photos attached)
