Mr. Potkanowicz,

Thank you for the quick reply. I’m glad to learn the issue was resolved last week. However, given the state of the grass after a week (see the attached picture facing north in front of building 6232), it seems the grass should be in slightly better shape after a week.

Question: How long will it be before the grass is restored to a full, green state?

 

Lastly, please thank your team for ensuring the cut grass is no longer left in large clumps along the green belt.

Hey Sean,

Sorry for the delayed reply.  I was having issues with my server sending emails so I did not want to reply until I ensured you would receive it. Luckily I just resolved the issue and we are back and running.  The issue that occurred was at the irrigation controller.  The controller that operates that area is on the pump house on the south side of the lake.   When we arrived at the controller, we identified that the module that the wires connect to was shorting out and causing the entire controller not to run.  This was already after their was a programming lapse between the installers and our irrigation techs.  So there was 2 unrelated issues here.  We replaced the module and everything is running again.  After looking at the area on Monday I would agree with your timeline on the grass returning to its normal state next week.  After the next mowing it will definitely look better.  We applied a granular fertilizer as well to help it bounce back quicker given the dry heat as well. Let me know if next week at this time it does not look better.  I will leave this ticket open for us to converse further on this issue.
