Email from Owner: Backyard sprinklers have been on since 6:15 am today, Tuesday 7/23.
On Saturday, they would not turn off for 7 hours when a neighbor turned them off. I called the Emergency number for Precision and a guy was supposed to be here Monday. Waited all day … no one showed.
Another issue, I emailed you with photos of my back lawn and neighbors thistle… bare spots… crab grass … AND, they burned my crawling junipers and two pots of zucchini and yellow squash. They need to be ripped out and replaced.
I expect someone from Precision to address these damaging matters.
The water running is a priority!

Hello Janet, Thank you for sending this. I was the one that received the emergency call on Saturday. I went out to their home and even spoke to her son about it who was out in the garage. A previous board member had walked by and got the zone to turn off. I submitted a ticket on Sunday for a tech to come there this week and ensure everything is running properly. Thank you, Joe |
