My back yard is not being watered. More dead than alive. I noticed it is not being mowed either. Nothing to mow. Sprinkler and drip line issues have been going on for more than a year. I believed that all would be well this summer. It is not!!! FYI. I noticed my neighbor to the east has the same problem. I’d like to know when this issue might be addressed.
