A couple of people in the Park at Emerald Glen have noticed how brown and dry the grass area is just south of the sidewalk along Glen Isle and in between the Park at Emerald Glen homes, and the Glen Meadows homes.  The grass area is bisected by the city bike path sidewalk.  The south side is bounded on the west side by a sidewalk that enters the Park subdivision.  I checked with Alice Guthrie and she thinks Precision is mowing the grass in that area.  The City of Loveland has said they are not maintaining the area in between the houses, only the open space behind the homes which is marked by the white fence.  Is there an irrigation system in this grass area?  Is it functioning?  Or perhaps turned off for some reason?
