2040 Rivers Edge Rd. – River West Patios. – Homeowner is reporting several backyard sprinklers not working properly or providing adequate coverage to yard. Yard is browning out in some areas. Please check the sprinklers. Homeowner also reported the front yard has many dandelions and crabgrass. I informed them that you all would be doing another round of fertilizer and weed control soon, if it hasn’t been done already. They said grass is front yard is getting thin, can we spread some seed on the front lawn to help it fill back in?
