Subject: Sprinkler and drip system-Building 5 Ardglass Ln (4304-4316); Harmony Club Townhomes
Hi Blaklee,
This is Sandy Staab, homeowner at 4304 Ardglass Ln. I wanted to see if who ever the company is responsible for making sure our sprinkler system and drip system is working properly and, on a timer, could check our portion of the common area of Building 5 (4304-4316 Ardglass Ln). They will notice there are multiple dry spots in the common area facing the golf course/outside our south facing patios. They will also notice that grass is dry where the sprinkler heads are located in the lawn. I’ve never seen sprinklers working or the grass wet in the morning. I see our neighbors to the east (building 4) watering all the time in the evening. I’ve also noticed the some of the plants are starting to look distressed, hence, I don’t think the drippers in that area are set to water those zones as well.
