She said she thinks the water has been shut around her townhome, and the sod, and plants are looking dry. We JUST closed this home last week, so I also included Gus Lopez, my site-superintendent in our Shores community in this email. Is this something Vintage is responsible for, since all buyers in the building are moved in? Located area of concern and checked control valve manual operation. All sprinklers were functioning properly. While opening valves, noticed multiple wiring connections compromised…or sans connector. Connectors used in original install also not two wire compliant. Replaced all wiring connectors on all valves relating to dry grass. Tested operation of valves via controller… |
