The turf in the center greenbelt is splotchy and has many dry areas. This needs to be addressed ASAP as this bowl is always a point of contention. On the NW corner of the property behind the houses, there is also struggling turf.

  1. Checked all zones in greenbelt. Adjusted and/or replaced nozzles on multiple sprinklers in virtually every zone. Dug up and replaced 3 broken rotors….checked and adjusted. Mentioned to primary tech for property about adding more time to zones as well. Also helped Josiah with troubleshooting zones in adjacent area.
