Checked various zones along Harmony and Taft. Dug up and replaced broken rotor along Harmony….checked and adjusted. Replaced multiple nozzles along Harmony zones. Adjusted multiple rotors along Harmony. Trimmed multiple branches blocking rotors along fence. Dug up and replaced rotor along fence near Outlook sign on Taft. Replaced multiple nozzles along Taft zones. Adjusted multiple rotors along Taft zones. Entire area plagued by insufficient water volume/pressure…particularly certain zones. Checked control valve flow controls. Added 10% extra water runtime to Outlook controller (across the board), but wary of water windows, water restrictions, and recollection of supervisors mentioning HOA sensitive to cost of applying extra water. Adjustments and nozzle changes should also facilitate some improvements. Left status as “in progress” on ticket…will continue checking zones tomorrow, barring unforseen circumstances. – Mark

Continued checking of zones along Taft. Replaced multiple nozzles on rotors on every zone, as well as numerous adjustments on almost all rotors. Replaced broken rotor shell. Increased run time on driest full circle zones. Ran various zones manually to facilitate recovery of extra dry areas. Some loose ends, but lion’s share of sprinkler replacements, adjustments complete. Areas should show significant improvement soon, but tempered by water pressure/volume constraints. – Mark
