Email from homeowner: I am writing this to make sure you follow up on my call last night that my drip system had been running for 3 hours. When the gentleman called back about ½ hour later it shut itself off so he said he would send someone from Precision to check it out today. But when I got up this morning it was running again and it is almost 8 and its still running. I have no idea how long it has been on. So could you please notify Precision and have them come out asap to fix it? I appreciate it! |
