There is a very dry spot in the lawn on the east side of the lower back patio.  It appears to be poor sprinkler coverage, in part caused by the steep slope of the area.  I showed the area to fellow Board members, Alice Guthrie and Jon Cowling, and they said to request a work order to have an additional sprinkler head installed to provide adequate coverage.  There are two heads at the front edge of the rocks and a full head about 10 feet from the edge of the rocks.  However, as the lawn slopes, it doesn’t seem to shoot the water high enough to come up the hill.  I will attach pictures.
