Hi Danielle,

Hope your summer is going great. I thought it would never come. 🌞

Because I’m not knowledgable about the goings on of The Timbers, I have a
few questions. These things have probably been addressed and I just don’t
know!

After watching, and mainly just seeing the results I feel like Precision is
doing a very mediocre job of the landscaping care. I am hopeful weed
spraying is on the agenda, and again, I have no idea. They literally just
mow over limbs and branches, very little trimming and leaving messes on the
sidewalks. Also the pool area is pretty bad. Dead bushes, rose bushes that
haven’t been trimmed and tons of weeds. If feel like they are taking
advantage of the contract they are so fortunate to have. I’m including a
pic of the weeds I pulled in the pool area. Lots more though. [image:
