I have a flower bed on the north side of my home by our garage at 6508 Half Moon Bay Dr.  I put a cup under the drip line on Tuesday and have seen NO water coming out.  The main line would serve to water the roses and also the hosta’s in that bed of plants and I am not able to dig up anything to see if there is a problem and/or if it is the just the drip line that is in the paper cup.  We were instructed to put the paper cup out, so this is what I am doing.  

I also expected we would get an email from letting us know when our sprinklers and drip lines operate, as I never see them.  I do see the sprinklers out on the driving range and between my house and my neighbors on the south side in the grass and tree area which the belongs to the gold course.
