Danielle, Joe Dekay contacted me about some issues he is having with his
irrigation lines. Joe told me that the irrigation line that comes from the
side of his house (by the side patio) to the front of the house needs
attention. As I understand it, that line provides water to the rock beds
in front of his unit and the line has been repaired a couple of times by
Precision but is still not working as expected. It looked to me like the
line had been patch/repaired a couple of times but the patch connection has
failed. As a result of the failed irrigation line, three shrubs in the
front rock bed have died and a fourth shrub is looking pretty bad. When I
met with Joe, I could see where at least one of the emitters in the rock
bed was not working as expected.
Joe wants to explore planting some shrubs to replace the shrubs that have
died but we need to sort out the irrigation line before anything new is
planted in that front rock bed.
Best regards,
RS
