Will follow up on dry spots upon completion of repair of prior tickets from
Trailwood Association. New controllers do not equal requisite expectations
if programmed incorrectly. Controllers were set up according to specific
request by owners….without corroboration of Precision and/or sprinkler
tech assigned to property. Deviations from expectations are subject to
detailed, time consuming scrutiny of complicated programming requested.
Techs are still juggling spring start up/follow up repairs of around 60
properties….and down one full time and one seasonal tech. Thanks for a
