Resident reports: I need to get some water on my grass. The sprinklers are only running twice a week for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I went out on my deck on Saturday and my side yard looks terrible. It is dry and dying. I reside at 2112 Campo Ct unit 102. Also, the City of Loveland never showed up to do repair where they laid the line for The Pulse almost 2 years. Due to a lack of water, it still has not recovered.
I have also noticed other lawns suffering in the neighborhood.
