Joe, the grass and some weeds are still on these lots. I don’t believe that these have been addressed. The weed type grass is drying out and there are still other weeds there. Yesterday there was a small crew that mowed while the sprinklers were running, but no weed work. Sorry to keep complaining about this issue. I know you are probably short handed with Rane out, but is anyone checking their work? The sprinklers seem to be up and running and as you stated earlier that hopefully that will help with the appearance. |

Hi Chris, Sorry, I mis-clicked the close button when I was trying to reply. Thank you for the information. The crew will be on site again today and I reminded them this morning to go through the homes and check for weeds between the homes. I will send them these addresses and make sure that this gets done today. With regards to checking their work, I am out there almost daily checking on things throughout the site and our irrigation techs have been on site daily as well working on different irrigation items around all of Emerald Glen. The crew was ahead of schedule yesterday and started on your area so they can spend more time today focusing on beds. They were loaded up with a bunch of chemical and sprayers and are applying lots of it today. I will check with them at the end of the day and see their progress. Thanks, Joe |
