Bruce,
I’ll spare the photos this time but, our island in Glen Isle is in bad
repair. I saw two broken sprinklers heads just lying around and increasing
dirt patches. Bare spots in rocks (never put enough coverage). Can you
inform company to revisit and seed and repair water system? If they turn
on water, it would just be spraying out with the broken system.
Please strongly consider making it 100% xeriscaped. That would be the best
answer to this and save us a lot of money in water/maintenance costs and
them in maintenance time because they don’t seem to want to maintain it
anyway.
